Concept Description

In my photoshoots I have chosen to focus on sheffield in the night because when it is all light up, it shows the creativeness behind sheffield. It draws our attention to the design of the architecture around sheffield due to the light. I have captured examples of this with the fountains in the peace gardens and the statues around the winter gardens and the lycium theatre.

For my photos i have used a canon 600d with a standard lens i have used different  of angles for my pictures for example a long shot with leading lines and the rule of thirds i have also used others for example low angle shots and different styles of photography for example urban landscape, portrait and close ups.

Props

I have planned to use the location in its natural state, without any need for external/extra props. This is because I do not feel that My images I am capturing needs any extra content. This is because I have planned to give my effect of the image after editing and just have a natural clean image captured at first.

permissions

The building I was shooting in some of my photos was the cheese grater, I chose this because It does well to represent the creativity behind Sheffield and fits well with in my brief. If I were exhibiting these photographs in a public space I would have to seek permission from the owner to use that image. If they did not agree to that use of the building I would have to choose another location.
